If your parcel is over 5kg (6 bottles) It will be sent using Parcelforce, we are proud to offer a 24 hour service, please be aware that not often but sometimes couriers can fail, although 24 hour shipping is our selected method please bare with the courier as sometimes problems can occur. please contact the courier in the event of a problem first using the tracking number assigned to your order. you will get notice of this with your mobile phone number added to your order. this will also provide tracking updates.
Your parcel will not be delivered on a weekend so please keep this in mind when ordering.
Our collection time for parcels is 3pm however it has been found that order up until 5pm have also made their way to the customer the very next day still
